Our Pet shampoo's are definitly a hit! Our customers whether they are pet owners or groomers love this product to keep their pets skin healthy and calm and clean. Light scent that lasts! These products are concentrated so you only need a small amount. The gallon size is the better savings. 8-16 oz bottles in the gallon size jug. When ordering 1 gallon you will receive a 16oz. bottle to refill. All labels are waterproof on our Pet Shampoo's. Please Do Not use on cats or birds. Cats and birds are typically allergic to herbs. All other animals have faired very well! No harmful chemicals or man made fillers and perservatives are added to our products. Our products are free of these additives that will cause allergic reactions to your pet either immediately or over time.

Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
Timeframe:
- You have 10 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Return Process:
- Please contact us via clairemsoaps@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Provide us with your order details and reason for the return.
- We will guide you through the return procedure and provide you with any necessary instructions.
- Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Return Shipping:
- You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and any applicable return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges:
- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return as per the above process and place a new order for the desired item.
Please keep in mind that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made soaps, may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
