- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- You have 10 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Please contact us via email@example.com to initiate the return process. Provide us with your order details and reason for the return.
- We will guide you through the return procedure and provide you with any necessary instructions.
- Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and any applicable return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
