    All of our soap bars are providing gentle yet effective cleansing that leaves your skin refreshed, revitalized, and velvety smooth. You will find consistancy with these natural ingredients, and the plant-based soaps are gentle and perfect for those with skin sensitivities. We also prioritize cruelty-free practices, although some of our soaps may contain a spot of honey as an exception to vegan. Choose our soaps for a luxurious, nourishing experience that always aligns with your values.

    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    • It must be in the original packaging.


    • You have 10 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

    Return Process:

    • Please contact us via to initiate the return process. Provide us with your order details and reason for the return.
    • We will guide you through the return procedure and provide you with any necessary instructions.
    • Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

    Return Shipping:

    • You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
    • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and any applicable return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.


    • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return as per the above process and place a new order for the desired item.

    Please keep in mind that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made soaps, may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
